The position REQUIRES previous Automotive Dealer Warranty Administrator experience managing warranty claims. The candidate must demonstrate excellent customer service through accurate claims processing, identify training opportunities within dealerships, and maintain professionalism and integrity. This is a full-time opportunity. We do not offer part-time roles, and a non-compete agreement is required. All equipment and training on new DMS systems are provided. This is not an entry-level position; you must have at least 3 years of prior warranty administration experience.
