SUMMARY OF POSITION:

The position REQUIRES previous Automotive Dealer Warranty Administrator experience managing warranty claims. The candidate must demonstrate excellent customer service through accurate claims processing, identify training opportunities within dealerships, and maintain professionalism and integrity. This is a full-time opportunity. We do not offer part-time roles, and a non-compete agreement is required. All equipment and training on new DMS systems are provided. This is not an entry-level position; you must have at least 3 years of prior warranty administration experience.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• Previously held position as a Warranty Administrator in a franchised Automotive Dealer
• Minimum 3 years experience required
• Must understand the full Automotive warranty process, including booking, coding, policy, and procedure compliance

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIRED SKILLS:

• The ability to motivate others to achieve their highest potential, especially within the dealership
• Good working knowledge of DMS software
• Knowledge of automotive dealership service departments
• Knowledge of warranty accounting processes
• Proficient at reading technician stories and applying labor codes
• Certified or trained in at least one manufacturer

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:

• Review claims for manufacturer compliance
• Utilize our proprietary CARS application for dealer compliance issues
• Book, code, and submit claims for payment
• Account for and clear payment differences
• Maintain warranty receivable schedules for cash flow
• Keep certifications and knowledge of policies updated
• Help dealerships stay compliant with manufacturer policies

JOB LOCATION:

• Work remotely in the U.S. or at our Greenwood Village, CO office if nearby
