Job summary

Syringa Hospital & Clinics is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to diagnose, treat, and follow up on patient care under physician supervision. The role focuses on chronic pain management and coordinating care with a clinic team and community resources.

The NP will supervise staff, ensure accurate charting in the EHR, and participate in quality improvement and medical staff activities. Idaho licensure and relevant certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted Idaho medical license is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• DEA certificate without restriction is required.
• Controlled Substance Certificate from the Board of Pharmacy is required.
• ACLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat acute, chronic, and long-term health issues under physician supervision.
• Educate patients and families about preventive care and treatment options.
• Lead a clinical team and coordinate care across providers and community resources.
• Maintain timely patient charting and accurate EHR documentation.
• Ensure proper medical records and billing procedures follow hospital policy.
