Responsibilities

• Provide work direction and supervise project deliverables.
• Apply evidence-based chronic disease prevention and management strategies in public health settings.
• Coordinate regional collaboration and partnerships to expand program reach.
• Oversee regional and program-level project management and contracts.
• Serve as a content expert coordinating cross-program efforts across diabetes, cardiovascular, and related areas.
