Job Title: Chronic Care Coordinator Remote

Location: Fully Remote

Duration: 11+ Months

Required: UM (Utilization Management) experience and INTERQUAL experience.

Shift:

PST hours (non-negotiable)

Job Description and Requirements:

• Ideal candidates will have several years of Major payor experience and experience working with a 3rd party vendor.
• Telecommuting experience with a dedicated, distraction-free workspace.
• Technical savviness and troubleshooting abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• InterQual experience is a MUST.
• Willingness to obtain a CA license.
