In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Respond to inquiries via internet chats, calls, emails, providing technical support, product recommendations, troubleshooting, quotes, and order assistance. Use CRM, ERP, ticketing, and chat software to support and document interactions.
• Collaborate with the Technical Support Team to provide solutions related to separation science, maintaining high customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with customers.
• Meet regional revenue targets.
• Understand customer analytical methods across industries and provide technical solutions for assay development, supporting timely product delivery.
• Engage in lead generation to identify and develop Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), supporting pipeline growth.

Requirements include:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Life Science (Chemistry, Biology, etc.).
• At least 2 years of relevant industry or academic experience, including 1 year in sales or customer service, plus chromatography/sample prep experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, databases, and quick learning of new software.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Collaborative mindset focused on continuous improvement and teamwork.

This position offers remote work flexibility. Salary range: $65,000 - $70,000. Compensation details are at the company's discretion and may change.
