Role Overview

As a Solutions Specialist, you will:

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat, phone, email, and web inquiries, providing technical support, product recommendations, troubleshooting, quotes, and order assistance using CRM, ERP, and ticketing software.
• Collaborate with the Technical Support Team to deliver solutions for separation science products, maintaining high customer satisfaction and building strong relationships.
• Achieve revenue targets within your supported region/territory.
• Understand customer analytical methods and provide technical solutions for assay development and testing support.
• Support lead generation initiatives to grow the sales pipeline.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Life Science (Chemistry, Biology, etc.).
• At least 2 years of relevant industry or academic experience, including 1 year in sales or customer service, and 1 year in chromatography or lab sample preparation (preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database management, with ability to learn new software quickly.
• Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking ability.
• Collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
