Position Overview

We are seeking an early career Chromatography Sales Solutions Specialist to support the Southern California territories. You will work with the Account Manager to meet and exceed sales, gross profit, and unit goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide technical support and respond to customer inquiries via various channels, offering product recommendations, troubleshooting, quotes, and order assistance.
2. Understand customer analytical methods across industries and provide solutions for assay development and testing.
3. Utilize CRM, ERP, ticketing, and chat software to document interactions and support customer needs.
4. Achieve or surpass sales and KPI targets within your territory.
5. Perform additional duties as required by customers or management.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s Degree in a Life Science field such as Chemistry or Biology.
2. Some exposure to chromatography through academic or professional experience; sample preparation experience is a plus.
3. At least one year of customer service or sales experience, preferably in Life Sciences or Biotech.
4. Strong interpersonal skills, high energy, and a passion for supporting clients and teamwork.
5. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database management; ability to multitask.

Additional Requirements

• Must reside in Torrance, Los Angeles, San Diego, Anaheim, or Irvine, CA.
• Ability to work remotely.

Benefits and Compensation

The salary range is $70,000-$75,000 annually, with potential bonuses/incentives. Phenomenex offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan.
