• 3+ years progressively responsible administrative experience.
• Proven ability to work well in a team environment and prioritize work.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to handle highly confidential documents and information with discretion.
• High-energy self-starter with initiative and resourcefulness.
• Strong time management in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support the CHRO in managing operational projects.
• Manage department budget and assist HRLT with HR processes.
• Coordinate interdepartmental projects and provide project management assistance.
• Organize workflows, schedules, and follow-ups to meet deadlines.
• Prepare presentations and reports for the CHRO.
• Coordinate HR team meetings, agendas, minutes, and action-item follow-up.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support including calendar management and travel arrangements.
