Reporting to the President/CEO, the role drives succession planning, competitive compensation programs, and innovative talent initiatives to recruit and retain top talent within a mission-driven healthcare system.

Formación

• Master’s degree required in relevant field.
• Doctoral degree preferred.
• SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification required or to be obtained within one year.

Responsabilidades

• Partners with the CEO and executive team to fulfill MLH's mission, vision, and values.
• Provides transformational guidance on employee engagement and human capital management.
• Leads succession planning to ensure a competent workforce and career development.
• Develops and provides contemporary, competitive compensation and benefits packages.

Educación
