We're currently hiring seasonal Lighting Technicians for our 2026 season.

About the role

What the work is actually like (read this carefully):

• You will be outside all day in cold, rain, and sometimes snow
• 10+ hour days, 6 days a week during peak season
• You will be on ladders and roofs daily — if you're not comfortable at heights, this isn't the right fit
• The work is physical — climbing, carrying equipment, repetitive overhead work
• The season is compressed: ~3-4 months of intense work (potential for extended season)

$1,200 to $1,800/week depending on experience and role

• 1,000 - 1,600 USD per week (Miami, FL)
