Responsibilities

• Organize and develop the swim program staff in collaboration with the Athletic Department.
• Develop and implement daily practice plans.
• Encourage athletes' faith and Christian character growth.
• Help athletes maximize God-given abilities and serve as a positive role model.
• Manage the program budget and ensure compliance with GIAA rules.
• Support families in the college recruiting process when applicable.
