• Encourage athletes' faith and Christian character growth.
• Help athletes maximize God-given abilities and serve as a positive role model.
• Manage the program budget and ensure compliance with GIAA rules.
• Support families in the college recruiting process when applicable.

Westminster Schools of Augusta is a Pre-K through 12 regionally accredited, coeducational, college-preparatory, Christian day school enrolling close to 650 students. The 34-acre campus is in a residential section of Augusta, which is Georgia's second largest metropolitan area. The school is affiliated with First Presbyterian Church of Augusta (PCA), but the student body and faculty include members from more than 90 different local churches of various denominations.

The Assistant Swim Coaching position in the Athletic Department at Westminster exists to coach Westminster students who choose to participate in the swim program.

This position is for the 2026-27 Swim Season and will be a paid position that could be combined with one of our current teaching or administration positions depending on the candidate's experience and giftings. If a teaching position is unavailable or the applicant is employed outside of the education field, we will consider a community coach.
