Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience coaching swim and mentoring student-athletes.
• Strong communication with parents and fellow coaches.
• Able to relate well to student-athletes and model positive behavior.

Responsibilities

• Organize and develop program staff in collaboration with the Athletic Department.
• Create and implement daily practices for the swim program.
• Foster athletes’ faith and Christian character while developing abilities.
• Manage the program budget and ensure compliance with GIAA rules.
