Responsibilities

Recruit, train, and lead a competitive Baseball program.
Plan, organize, and direct the Spurgeon College Baseball program.
Manage budgets, equipment, and travel arrangements; ensure compliance with policies.
Instruct players, ensure eligibility, and communicate team rules clearly.
Engage with the community, parents, and athletic staff to foster teamwork and sportsmanship.
