The coordinator will foster discipline, teamwork, and servant leadership while promoting athletic excellence across all sports, with flexible after-school hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in strength and conditioning or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Willingness to work after-school, evenings, and some weekends.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement strength and conditioning plans for varsity and sub-varsity teams.
• Collaborate with coaches to tailor sport-specific programs.
• Lead and supervise training sessions ensuring proper technique and safety.
