Teen Challenge Southeast is seeking an Adult Program Director to provide spiritual, operational, and administrative leadership for a residential recovery center. The role oversees staff, daily program operations, and student care, ensuring a Christ-centered culture and excellence.

You will lead teams, mentor leaders, facilitate meetings, and collaborate with regional partners to advance ministry objectives while maintaining compliance, safety, and financial stewardship across the site.

• Proven leadership and supervisory experience in ministry settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for the Adult Program.
• Foster a Christ-centered culture and spiritual growth.
• Supervise and develop department heads and staff.
• Facilitate staff and leadership meetings regularly.
• Oversee student programming, documentation, and case management.
• Promote compliance with policies and accreditation standards.
