Qualifications

• Requires two-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of REDEEM Programs and internal processes.
• Strong communication and customer education skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage time and schedule to meet service levels.
• Assist new and existing customers with applications.
• Educate prospects about terminology, features, and benefits to drive membership.
• Follow up on prospects' questions and requests.
• Meet membership growth targets aligned with ministry strategies.
• Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as new membership opportunities.
• Lead initiatives to reach new members from conception to completion.
• Enter prospective member data into CRM for servicing.
• Follow up with prospective members to aid decision-making.
• Consult via phone, chat, and email professionally.
