Qualifications

• Meets state minimum standards for Early Childhood Lead Teacher.
• CDA/AA/BA in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a licensed child care facility.
• Demonstrated spiritual leadership aligned with Lionheart’s mission.

Responsibilities

• Use varied instructional strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
• Mentor for new teachers during onboarding and provide feedback.
• Assist with onboarding, observation, and skills verification for new hires.
• Model best practices in classroom management, curriculum implementation, and spiritual integration.
• Support development of a positive, collaborative team culture.
