Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
• Meets state minimums for Early Childhood Lead Teacher; CDA/AA/BA preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of licensed child care experience.
• Demonstrated spiritual leadership and alignment with Lionheart’s mission.
• Strong communication and positive relationships with peers, families.

Responsibilities

• Track attendance, developmental milestones, and classroom routines.
• Mentor new teachers with onboarding, observation, and feedback.
• Assist with skills verification and training for new hires.
• Model best practices in classroom management and curriculum delivery.
• Support a positive, collaborative team culture.
• Coordinate with leadership on projects and school initiatives.
