Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in manufacturing/industrial environment would be a plus.
• Knowledge of lumber manufacturing process a plus.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
• High urgency and attention to detail.
• Desire to learn, grow and succeed.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through various tasks within your workspace on an hourly basis.
• Safely operate industrial machinery.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.
• Maintain quality throughout the production process.
• Inspect machinery for wear, damage, or malfunction and report findings to supervisors/maintenance.
