Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Tempering cocoa butter and chocolate in bowls and on marble.
• Piping fillings with precision.
• Following recipes precisely.
• Cleaning chocolate molds, roasting nuts, preparing caramel and other ganache fillings.
• Standing for long hours in a small, fast-paced workspace.
• Experience producing ice cream is a plus.
