Holl's Swiss Chocolatier in Vienna, VA is seeking part-time Sales Associates who deliver exceptional customer service, share knowledge about our handcrafted chocolates, and help create a warm, welcoming store experience. Shifts are mornings and weekends (12–20 hours weekly) with opportunities to grow within the company.

You will greet customers, answer questions, process transactions, stock shelves, and ensure the shop stays neat and inviting.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work listed shifts.
• Must have graduated high school or equivalent.
• Must be well-groomed and professional in appearance.
• Must be personable and pleasant in interactions with customers.
• Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with product selection.
• Answer questions about our shop, history, and chocolates.
• Process sales and operate the Point-of-Sale system.
• Stock shelves and help with merchandising.
