• Maintain inventory, order products, and create attractive displays
• Oversee opening/closing procedures and cash handling
• Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and quality standards are maintained
• Develop and implement marketing ideas to increase sales, including promoting gift baskets, seasonal offerings, corporate gifts, fundraising opportunities, and other business partnerships
• Build relationships within the community and seek opportunities to grow the business
