Job summary

Läderach invites applications for Deputy Manager at our Las Vegas store. You will assist in supervising the team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving store performance with training and operations support.

You will help manage merchandising, inventory, and daily shop duties while upholding food safety, loss prevention, and corporate values. This role requires leadership and a passion for chocolate.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience with increasing responsibility.
• Strong leadership, staff management and customer service skills.
• Flexible schedule including extended hours, weekends, and holiday hours based on store needs.
• Proficient in email, Microsoft 365, data entry, spreadsheets, and POS.
• Attention to detail; proactive and efficient; passionate about chocolate.

Responsibilities

• Lead outstanding in-store customer experience and motivate staff to provide top-notch care.
• Oversee product sales and register duties, including shop and shelf care, gift packaging, and order fulfillment.
• Ensure accurate product merchandising and follow food safety protocols.
• Schedule staff shifts and coordinate store meetings/events.
• Assist Store Manager with inventory orders and merchandising accuracy.
• Support in-store compliance and loss prevention standards.
• Act as a key communicator of corporate values to customers and employees.
• Manage store in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Handle other duties assigned by the Store Manager.
