Qualifications

• Prior retail experience, preferably in a specialty retail environment.
• Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure store meets or exceeds sales plan and contributes to district's goals.
• Help train sales staff to achieve operational standards.
• Comply with all Quality Assurance policies and maintain store cleanliness.

Skills
