Ideal candidates are 18+, fluent English, team players, with ability to lift 50 lbs, and preferably SAP experience; the role requires reading recipes, basic math, and adherence to GMP and FSQA standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Experience in a food manufacturing environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain machinery safely per standards.
• Perform basic machine changeovers, startups, and shutdowns.
• Ensure materials are loaded correctly and replenish supplies.
• Conduct quality checks and document production records.
• Maintain clean, organized workstations per sanitation standards.
• Report issues to supervision or maintenance.
• Support cross-training and flexible task assignments.
• Follow GMP and FSQA training for food safety and quality.
