Lindt USA is seeking a Chocolate Advisor to deliver premium in-store experiences across our shops. You will engage customers with product knowledge, provide exceptional service, and help drive sales while representing the Lindt brand with enthusiasm.

Key responsibilities include meeting sales goals, maintaining store standards, stocking shelves, and supporting marketing programs. Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide high levels of customer service with product knowledge.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and support store missions.
• Keep shelves stocked, assist with merchandising, and maintain cleanliness.
• Escalate issues to management when needed.
