Life Time in Westfield, IN is seeking a dedicated Chiropractor to provide adjustments, soft tissue work, and rehab exercises within our clinics. The role features 30-minute, 1:1 patient visits in a cash-based model with schedule flexibility once revenue targets are met.

Base pay starts at $80,000 and may increase with experience and qualifications. Total cash compensation can exceed $150,000 per year with performance incentives.

Qualifications

• Provide adjustments and rehab therapy tailored to each patient.
• Communicate treatment plans clearly and engage patients.
• Use EHR and scheduling tools to manage care notes.

Responsibilities

• Perform chiropractic adjustments and Integrated Muscle and Joint Therapy (IMJT) tailored to each patient.
• Design and guide patients through rehab exercise programs, monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Conduct outreach and direct marketing to Life Time members and prospective patients.
• Present personalized care plans (including financial and scheduling options) and build long-term relationships through consistent follow-up.
