Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking a chiropractor to provide adjustments, soft tissue work, and rehab exercises inside Life Time facilities.

The position is primarily cash-based with a base salary of $80,000 and potential total cash compensation of $150,000+ per year through monthly incentives based on performance metrics. Expectations include marketing to engage potential patients, presenting care plans, delivering outstanding patient care, and using Life Clinic processes.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical knowledge: spinal/extremity adjustments, soft tissue techniques, and rehab exercise protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort promoting services and converting consultations into ongoing care.
• Familiarity with EHR and scheduling software.
• Ability to balance clinical and administrative duties in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform chiropractic adjustments and Integrated Muscle and Joint Therapy (IMJT) tailored to each patient.
• Design and guide rehab exercise programs, monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Conduct outreach and direct marketing to Life Time members and prospective patients.
• Present personalized care plans (including financial and scheduling options) and build long-term relationships through follow-up.
• Maintain accurate, timely SOAP notes and manage scheduling and patient communications.
