HCRC consulting in Westminster, CO is seeking a Chiropractor to join our growing practice. This role offers a clear pathway to Lead Doctor with the potential to help lead the clinical side without ownership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited program.
• Active Colorado Chiropractic license or ability to obtain.
• Passionate about holistic health, wellness, and patient education.
• Interested in developing leadership skills.
• Spanish-speaking strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform new patient exams and re-evaluations.
• Serve as a primary adjusting doctor.
• Take, review, and mark X-rays.
• Develop individualized care plans.
• Deliver one-on-one Reports of Findings.
• Provide chiropractic adjustments and supportive therapies.
• Educate patients on care, wellness, and lifestyle.
• Complete daily SOAP notes and documentation.
• Monitor patient progress and treatment goals.
• Participate in community screenings and talks.
• Attend weekly and quarterly team meetings and training.
