Job summary

Life Time, Inc. in Skokie seeks a licensed chiropractor to provide adjustments, soft tissue work, and rehab exercises within Life Time facilities. The role features 30-minute, 1:1 visits with a primarily cash-based model and flexible scheduling after revenue targets are met.

You will lead patients through treatment plans, perform IMJT, manage documentation, and engage in outreach to grow the member base. Base pay ranges $80,000–$90,000 with monthly incentives and total cash potential over $150k

Qualifications

• Licensed chiropractor with DC degree and active license.
• Ability to perform chiropractic adjustments and IMJT.
• Proven ability to communicate with patients and build care plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide chiropractic adjustments and IMJT tailored to patients.
• Design and guide rehab exercise programs and monitor progress.
• Engage in patient outreach and maintain accurate SOAP notes.
