Job summary

HCRC consulting is seeking a motivated Chiropractor to join our Fairlawn, OH practice full time with a 4-day work week. You will perform exams, review imaging, develop treatment plans and educate patients on chiropractic care and wellness.

Eligible candidates hold a Doctor of Chiropractic and active OH license. We offer a competitive salary range ($80k–$110k) with potential to exceed $200k for some associates, plus bonus and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC).
• Active Chiropractic license in OH.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial exams and re-exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports).
• Take and review diagnostic imaging/X-rays as needed.
• Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis.
• Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans.
• Educate patients on diagnosis, care, lifestyle changes and exercises.
• Provide chiropractic adjustments and therapies (Diversified, Thompson, modalities).
• Document and chart notes accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with the team for comprehensive patient care.
• Follow up to ensure treatment goals are met and reassess.

We are looking for a motivated Chiropractor to join our practice full time in Fairlawn, OH. We are looking for a Chiropractor who is passionate about working closely with patients, creating long term relationships with them while providing high-quality, individualized care. Ideally, the incoming chiropractor enjoys focusing on Chiropractic care and the principles of Chiropractic and is interested in educating patients on Chiropractic care and wellness lifestyle habits.

Duties:

• Perform initial exams and re-exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports)

• Patient education as to diagnosis, pre and post treatment care, lifestyle modifications, take-home stretches and exercises, and benefits of continued chiropractic care
• Treatment- Chiropractic Care- adjustments Diversified, Thompson -various therapies and modalities
• Documentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes)
• Work cooperatively with the team and other support staff for comprehensive patient care
• Patient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met- reassessments
• Assist with outreach marketing to increase patient base

Requirements:
