HEALTHCARE RECRUITMENT COUNSELORS seeks a motivated Chiropractor to join a wellness-focused practice in Fairlawn, OH. This full-time role features a 4-day work week, no weekends, and a compensation range of $80k-$110k with some associates earning over $200k.

The successful candidate will perform exams, review imaging, develop treatment plans, and educate patients on chiropractic care and wellness habits. Join a supportive team dedicated to patient outcomes and ongoing care.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)
• Active Chiropractic license in OH

Responsibilities

• Perform initial exams and re-exams with medical history and focused exams
• Take and review diagnostic imaging/X-rays as needed
• Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis
• Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans
• Educate patients on diagnosis, care, lifestyle modifications, and exercises
• Provide Chiropractic care including adjustments and therapies
• Document and chart notes timely and accurately
• Collaborate with team for comprehensive patient care
• Follow up to ensure goals are met and reassess as needed
• Assist with outreach marketing to increase patient base
