Urgently Hiring

We are looking for a motivated Chiropractor to join our integrated practice full time in Wadsworth, OH. Ideally, our incoming chiropractor has a strong interest in health and wellness, not just chiropractic adjusting, and is able to perform soft tissue rehab along with chiropractic. Must be passionate about educating patients and helping them reach their health and wellness goals, willing to use multiple modalities to help the patient (functional med, regen med, and other technologies) and be willing to promote and work within our multidisciplinary, multitherapeutic approach.

Our dynamic, award-winning team consists of chiropractors and a dedicated support staff that helps us collaborate to provide the best care that our patients need and deserve! We work closely together as a team and with our patients, creating a great healing environment. Our role is simply helping our patients getting back to functioning the way they were meant to. We offer a wide variety of services and utilize a staff with varied credentials and skills- including chiropractic, nutrition, exercise, medical doctors, massage therapy and more.

Duties:

• Perform initial exams and re-exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports)
• Take and review Diagnostic imaging/X-rays
• Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis
• Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans
• Rehab ordering and performing
• Patient education as to diagnosis, 1-1 Patient Report of Finding, treatment plan options, pre and post treatment care, lifestyle modifications , take-home stretches and exercises, benefits of continued chiropractic care and community education
• Treatment- Chiropractic Care- adjustments (Palmer package, Gonstead, CBP, Pettibon, soft tissue) , spinal and extremity rehab and various therapies and modalities
• Documentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes)
• Work cooperatively with the team and other support staff for comprehensive patient care
• Patient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met- reassessments

Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)
• Active Chiropractic license in OH

Schedule:

• Full time
• Mon- Friday (1/2 days on Tue and Fri)

Salary (range):

• $ 70,000-$85,000 plus additional bonuses
