This full-time role combines patient care with staff direction and operational responsibilities.

The position requires a DC degree, PA license or ability to obtain, and at least 2 years of experience, with a strong emphasis on communication and process leadership.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited college.
• Valid Pennsylvania DC license or ability to obtain one.
• Fully eligible for malpractice insurance in PA.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Teachable attitude and demeanor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the clinic toward success, including clinical practice and business management.
• Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories and examining them.
• Evaluate neuromusculoskeletal systems and determine conditions.
• Perform manual adjustments to correct musculoskeletal issues.
• Educate patients on benefits of routine care and treatment plans.
• Coordinate and report key patient-management metrics.
• Maintain accurate case histories and records.
• Record patient histories and obtain medical information as required.
• Lead weekly staff training sessions and oversee performance.
• Participate in community outreach and marketing initiatives.

About the Role

We are seeking a Lead Doctor of Chiropractic/Clinic Director to lead the clinic toward success. This is a full‑time position that involves clinical practice, staff leadership, and business management.

Responsibilities

• Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories; questioning, observing, and examining patients.
• Evaluate patients’ neuromusculoskeletal systems and the spine, using chiropractic diagnosis to determine conditions.
• Perform manual adjustments to the spine or other articulations of the body to correct the musculoskeletal system.
• Educate patients on the benefits of routine chiropractic care and recommend treatment plans.
• Coordinate, track, and report key metrics related to patient management.
• Maintain accurate case histories and patient records.
• Obtain and record patients’ medical histories, as required.
• Take and analyze diagnostic x‑rays, when medically necessary.
• Sell wellness membership packages.
• Participate in community outreach and marketing initiatives.
• Lead weekly training sessions for staff.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and process management skills.
• Work independently, with occasional late evenings and weekend hours as needed.
