About the Role:

We’re seeking passionate, qualified professionals to join our team as Flexologists. This is a part‑time, hands‑on role where you’ll work directly with clients to improve mobility, recovery, and overall wellness.

No prior assisted stretching experience is required - we provide paid training.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver one‑on‑one assisted stretch sessions tailored to each client
• Create a safe, professional, and engaging client experience
• Educate clients on mobility, recovery, and consistency
• Build relationships that drive membership retention and referrals
• Maintain client notes and manage recurring appointments
• Support studio growth through referrals and light sales conversations
• Assist with studio cleanliness and day‑to‑day operations

Required Qualifications

Candidates must have a background in fitness, wellness, or movement‑based disciplines, including either a degree in a related field (e.g., Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Sports Medicine), a nationally recognized certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, ISSA), or current licensure/certification as a Physical Therapist/Assistant, Athletic Trainer, Massage Therapist, Chiropractor, or Yoga/Pilates/Barre instructor. Applicants with a strong movement background (such as dance or similar training) may also be considered. Must be comfortable with hands‑on client interaction.

Training (Paid)

All Flexologists complete our proprietary training program:

• ~20 hours of online coursework
• 2 days of in‑person, hands‑on training
