Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a part-time chiropractor in Minnesota (Maple Grove) to join a nationwide network of clinics. The role emphasizes patient evaluation, adjustments, and education, with a focus on routine maintenance and preventative care.

This position offers competitive pay and opportunities for advancement across the nation. Applicants must hold a Doctor of Chiropractic degree, be a licensed DC, and have NBCE exam credentials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college required.
• Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic college required.
• Passing scores for NCBE Parts I, II, III and IV required; NBCE SPEC exam acceptable for Part IV as an alternative.

Responsibilities

• Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories and examinations.
• Evaluate neuromusculoskeletal systems and spine to determine conditions.
• Perform manual adjustments to the spine and articulations as needed.
• Educate patients on benefits of routine chiropractic care and provide treatment recommendations.
• Maintain accurate case histories and record patient information.
• Arrange for diagnostic x-rays when medically necessary and analyze results.
• Provide patient care and education and build positive doctor-patient relationships.
• Sell memberships and packages.

The Opportunity:

Responsibilities:

• Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories; questioning, observing and examining patients; and reviewing x-rays, as indicated
• Evaluate patients’ neuromusculoskeletal systems and the spine using chiropractic diagnosis to determine neuromusculoskeletal and spine related conditions
• Perform manual adjustments to the spine, or other articulations of the body, in order to correct the musculoskeletal system, where necessary
• Educate patients on the quality of life benefits of routine chiropractic care. Provide a recommended course of treatment
• Maintaining accurate case histories of patients
• Obtain and record patients' medical histories, as indicated
• Arrange for diagnostic x-rays to be taken, when medically necessary
• Analyze x-rays in order to locate the sources of patients' difficulties and to rule out fractures or diseases as sources of problems
• Patient chiropractic care and education
• Building positive doctor-patient relationships
• Maintaining accurate and timely patient records
• Sales of memberships and packages

Qualifications needed:

• 4-year Bachelor’s degree from accredited college
• A Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic college
• Passing scores for Parts I,II,III and IV from NCBE
• A recent NBCE SPEC exam is acceptable alternative for Part IV
• Valid DC license in applicable state
• Fully eligible for Malpractice Insurance in applicable state
