Job summary

The Joint Corp. is seeking licensed Doctors of Chiropractic in Minnesota for a full-time role. Competitive pay at $34/hr plus bonus, with a national advancement path and a patient-focused model offering routine, affordable care.

You will consult with patients, perform adjustments, educate on treatment plans, maintain records, and participate in membership sales. Franchisee terms apply; The Joint Corp. oversees a nationwide network of clinics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited college is required.
• Passing NBCE Parts I–IV (Part IV alternative accepted) is required.
• Active DC license in the applicable state and malpractice insurance eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Consult with patients by reviewing health history, questioning, observing, and examining.
• Evaluate neuromusculoskeletal systems and spine to determine conditions.
• Perform manual adjustments of the spine or other joints as needed.
• Educate patients on benefits of routine care and provide treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and histories.
• Record and obtain medical histories; arrange necessary X-rays.
• Analyze X-rays to locate issues and rule out fractures or diseases.
• Provide patient care, education, and sales of memberships and packages.

The Opportunity:

Responsibilities:

• Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories; questioning, observing and examining patients; and reviewing x-rays, as indicated
• Evaluate patients’ neuromusculoskeletal systems and the spine using chiropractic diagnosis to determine neuromusculoskeletal and spine related conditions
• Perform manual adjustments to the spine, or other articulations of the body, in order to correct the musculoskeletal system, where necessary
• Educate patients on the quality of life benefits of routine chiropractic care. Provide a recommended course of treatment
• Maintaining accurate case histories of patients
• Obtain and record patients' medical histories, as indicated
• Arrange for diagnostic x-rays to be taken, when medically necessary
• Analyze x-rays in order to locate the sources of patients' difficulties and to rule out fractures or diseases as sources of problems.

• Maintaining accurate and timely patient records
• Sales of memberships and packages

Qualifications needed:

• 4-year Bachelor’s degree from accredited college
• A Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic college
• Passing scores for Parts I,II,III and IV from NCBE
• A recent NBCE SPEC exam is acceptable alternative for Part IV
• Valid DC license in applicable state
• Fully eligible for Malpractice Insurance in applicable state
