Job summary

The Joint Corp. is seeking a part-time Chiropractor to join our patient-centered team in Maple Grove, MN. You will assess patients, diagnose neuromusculoskeletal conditions, and perform spinal adjustments as part of a routine care plan.

Responsibilities include educating patients on maintenance care, maintaining records, and coordinating diagnostic imaging when needed. Franchisee employment terms apply, with nationwide advancement opportunities and a focus on quality care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from accredited college required.
• Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic college required.
• Passing scores for Parts I–IV from NCBE required.
• NBCE SPEC exam acceptable alternative for Part IV.
• Valid DC license in applicable state required.
• Malpractice insurance eligibility in applicable state required.

Responsibilities

• Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories; questioning, observing and examining patients; and reviewing x-rays as indicated.
• Evaluate patients' neuromusculoskeletal systems and spine using chiropractic diagnosis to determine neuromusculoskeletal and spine-related conditions.
• Perform manual spinal adjustments or other articulations to correct the musculoskeletal system where necessary.
• Educate patients on benefits of routine chiropractic care and provide a recommended course of treatment.
• Maintain accurate case histories and record patients' medical histories as indicated.
• Arrange for diagnostic x-rays when medically necessary and analyze them to locate sources of difficulty.
• Build positive doctor-patient relationships and maintain accurate and timely patient records.
• Sell memberships and packages.

Education

Bachelor's degree from accredited college

Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic college

Passing scores for NCBE Parts I, II, III and IV

NBCE SPEC exam acceptable alternative for Part IV

Valid DC license in applicable state

Fully eligible for Malpractice Insurance in applicable state

Responsibilities:

• Analyze x-rays in order to locate the sources of patients' difficulties and to rule out fractures or diseases as sources of problems.

• 4-year Bachelor’s degree from accredited college
• A Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic college
• Passing scores for Parts I,II,III and IV from NCBE
• A recent NBCE SPEC exam is acceptable alternative for Part IV
• Valid DC license in applicable state
• Fully eligible for Malpractice Insurance in applicable state
