Qualifications

• Experience with Personal Injury is preferred.
• Understanding of HIPAA and medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and collect vitals and intake information.
• Assist with therapies such as Physical Therapy.
• Greet and check in/out patients and schedule appointments.
• Communicate with law offices for case updates.

Skills

Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)

Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills
