Responsibilities

• Check patients in and out and greet visitors
• Answer phones and assist patients in person and electronically
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments
• Collect copays and support billing tasks
• Maintain patient records (paper and electronic)
• This role requires standing for part of the shift
