The role blends patient care with administrative duties, including scheduling, intake, and_records management. Training is provided and compensation ranges from $18.00 to $22.00 per hour.

Experience is welcome but not required; a supportive team environment and opportunities for advancement within the clinic are highlighted. Four 10-hour days offer a 3-day weekend schedule.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients in person and over the phone.
• Answer phones and assist patients with scheduling and inquiries.
• Prepare patients for examinations and record medical histories.
• Assist and guide patients through therapies and treatments.
• Support daily clinic operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
• Data entry and accurate maintenance of patient records.
• Scan and attach documents to patient files in the electronic system.
• Enter and verify patient insurance information.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Communicate patient concerns to the doctor.
• Maintain organization and efficiency while multitasking.
