TVG-Medulla, LLC is seeking energetic Healthcare Assistants to support chiropractors and patients across multiple clinics. This entry-level role offers on-the-job training and the chance to learn patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• No prior healthcare certification required; on-the-job training provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction.
• Ability to manage front-desk tasks and payments efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Consulting with patients to learn about current symptoms.
• Teaching patients how to perform therapeutic exercises when applicable.
• Managing daily office administrative tasks such as scheduling, updating files, and collecting payments.
• Coordinating and promoting internal patient events.
• Supporting doctors, team, and patients to grow the clinic.
