Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Performing comprehensive patient consultations and examinations.

  • Educating patients about their conditions, treatment recommendations, movement, and self-care.

  • Maintaining accurate, complete, and timely patient records.
  • Documenting treatment plans, patient progress, and prognosis.
  • Following HIPAA requirements and all applicable state and federal regulations.
  • Maintaining Maine chiropractic licensure and completing required continuing education.

Chiropractor Responsibilities

As a Healios chiropractor, you will evaluate, treat, educate, and support patients with neuromusculoskeletal and spine-related conditions.

Responsibilities include:
  • Performing comprehensive patient consultations and examinations

  • Helping patients improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore physical function

  • Conducting progress examinations and re-examinations when clinically appropriate
  • Adjusting treatment plans based on patient progress and outcomes
  • Building positive and professional doctor‑patient relationships
  • Coordinating care with physical therapists, acupuncturists, medical providers, and other members of the clinical team
  • Maintaining accurate, complete, and timely patient records
  • Documenting treatment plans, patient progress, and prognosis
  • Following HIPAA requirements and all applicable state and federal regulations
  • Maintaining Maine chiropractic licensure and completing required continuing education
