HealthSource Chiropractic of Riverton is seeking an energetic team member to support clinicians and keep the clinic running smoothly. You will assist with patient intake, enter notes and charges, lead prescribed exercises, and help with rehabilitation modalities.

A two-year degree or higher is preferred, with demonstrated customer service experience and strong computer skills. Experience in sports, rehab or personal training is a plus, and the role offers monthly bonuses and employee discounts.

• Experience in competitive sports and/or training in rehabilitation/personal training preferred.
• Proficiency in computer skills is required.

Responsabilidades

• Enter clinical notes and charges accurately into patient records.
• Assist the doctor to improve efficiency.
• Lead patients in prescribed exercise therapy.
• Safely and accurately administer therapeutic modalities based on training and protocols.
• Make product and supplement recommendations based on the doctor’s treatment plan.
• Assist with marketing campaigns, creative content, and community outreach.
• Weekly patient reporting.
• Maintain confidentiality as it pertains to HIPAA guidelines.
• Work with the team to keep the clinic clean and clutter-free.
• Manage patient flow between Doctor, Rehab, and Front Desk for a smooth experience.
• Maintain business office inventory.
• Other administrative tasks.
