Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong data entry and typing accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand 6–8 hours.
• Detail oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced clinic.

Responsibilities

• Assisting patients with warm-up exercises.
• Assist the doctors in treatment areas, with examinations, and patient charting.
• Manage patient records by accurately entering data into electronic health records (EHR) systems and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
• Facilitate internal communication among staff members to coordinate patient care and clinic operations seamlessly.
• Educate patients on treatment procedures and clinic protocols to enhance their experience.
• Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, document organization, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive, health-driven, and compassionate Chiropractic Assistant to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will work directly with patients throughout their appointment each day. You will also assist the doctors with patient examinations and daily charting, as well as other miscellaneous duties on a day-to-day basis. The primary role will be on the clinic floor, but you will also be cross-trained at the front desk.

• Open work availability Monday-Friday, with very occasional weekend work as required
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Repetitively lift up to 40 lbs. throughout the work day
• Ability to stand and move for 6-8 hours per day
• Must be a self-starter and fast learner
