Job summary

Back In Motion Chiropractic in Spokane, WA is seeking an entry-level Chiropractic Assistant to work closely with patients and doctors on the clinic floor and at the front desk. You will help with patient examinations, charting, and daily clinic operations while maintaining patient confidentiality and accurate records.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong data entry and typing accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand 6–8 hours.
• Detail oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced clinic.

Responsibilities

• Assisting patients with warm-up exercises.
• Assist the doctors in treatment areas, with examinations, and patient charting.
• Manage patient records by accurately entering data into electronic health records (EHR) systems and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
• Facilitate internal communication among staff members to coordinate patient care and clinic operations seamlessly.
• Educate patients on treatment procedures and clinic protocols to enhance their experience.
• Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, document organization, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
