Chiro First Wellness Center is seeking a friendly Chiropractic Assistant to join our busy clinic in New York. You will support the Chiropractor with patient care and help ensure the office runs smoothly.

You will assist patients with therapies, handle phone inquiries, perform data entry, and keep the workspace organized. A high school diploma and strong communication skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

Assist patients on and off therapies.
Maintain patient flow for effective treatment days.
Keep the office clean and organized.
Answer inquiries via phone and email.
Schedule, confirm, and cancel appointments as needed.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
Monitor supplies and inventory levels.
Support the Doctor and staff with miscellaneous tasks.

As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will assist the Chiropractor with patient care and ensure the office runs smoothly. Responsibilities include assisting patients on and off therapies, miscellaneous administrative work, helping answer phones, etc . If you are organized, friendly, and dedicated to providing a high level of customer care, we would like to meet you.

Responsibilities

Assist patients on/off therapies
Retain patient flow for effective treatment day
Maintain the cleanliness of the office
Answer inquiries via phone calls
Schedule, confirm, and cancel appointments if needed
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
Maintain appropriate levels of supplies and inventory
Assist Doctor and other staff as needed with miscellaneous tasks

Qualifications
