This hybrid role offers growth in a fast-paced, team-centered environment with on-the-job training. Starting rate is $14.00/hour and full benefits are provided.

Responsibilities

• Administer basic therapy and rehab modalities under supervision.
• Assist doctors with patient care and treatment flow.
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of therapy equipment and spaces.
• Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently.
• Greet and check in patients in person and by phone.
• Schedule appointments and manage records using clinic software.
• Verify insurance, collect payments, and support billing.
• Perform general administrative duties including calls, emails, filing, and data entry.

Clinic Hours:

Monday–Thursday: 7:30 AM — 7:30 PM

Friday: 7:30 AM — 6:30 PM

Saturday: 8:00 AM — 1:30 PM

Starting Rate: $14.00/hour

Responsibilities:

Therapy Support

Administer basic physical therapy and rehab modalities under chiropractic supervision

Assist doctors with patient care and treatment flow

Maintain cleanliness and functionality of therapy equipment and clinical spaces

Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently

Front Desk Operations

Greet and check in patients warmly in person and over the phone

Schedule appointments and manage patient records using clinic software

Verify insurance coverage, collect payments, and support billing coordination

Perform administrative duties including answering calls, emails, filing, and data entry

Keep front office areas organized and welcoming

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required
