Unknown chiropractic office in Durango, CO is seeking a friendly Chiropractic Assistant to support our team with patient intake, education, reception, and basic billing while maintaining a warm, patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with new patient intakes and X-rays, educating patients about care, managing front desk duties, coordinating community outreach, handling calls, maintaining patient flow, and entering data accurately.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory; a track record of excellence is essential.

A local chiropractic office isseeking an upbeat and compassionate Chiropractic Assistant who is self-motivated and dedicated to serving their patients with a heart for healing. If you have a strong customer service background and a positive, open-minded attitude, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will support our team in various capacities, including:

• Conducting new patient intakes and evaluations, including X-rays
• Educating patients about their care and wellness
• Managing reception duties and billing processes
• Coordinating marketing events and community outreach initiatives
• Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls
• Overseeing patient flow and ensuring a welcoming environment
• Accurately entering paperwork and patient data

Schedule

• Work schedule: 32-38 hours per week, Monday-Thursday (8:30 AM - 6:30 PM on Mon/Wed; 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM on Tuesday; 9 AM - 5:30 PM on Thursday).
• Availability to work a few weekends during the summer is required.
• Opportunities for growth into management positions with higher pay are available.

Pay Rate

$17.00-$24.00 per hour
